Sex offender, 30, used meth to dominate and exploit high school girl
When the girl, 17, met Anthony Michael Pranzetti on a dating website, she had no idea he was a convicted sex offender with a record of drugging minors and promoting prostitution. And if authorities hadn’t found her, the girl believes her relationship would have eventually led to prostitution and human trafficking.
